The Process
ONBOARDING Once you book with us, we’ll begin with an onboarding call to discuss your plans, requirements, and expectations. This is also where we’ll introduce you to your client portal and outline what to expect in the lead-up to your big day.
2 WEEKS BEFORE As your big day approaches, we’ll take over all supplier communications so you can fully enjoy the pre-wedding excitement. Your suppliers will receive a comprehensive on-the-day pack, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
6 WEEKS BEFORE This is when your coordination service officially begins. We’ll hold an in-depth online handover call, diving deep into your wedding details — including suppliers, design, and timelines. We’ll walk through your client portal in more detail and create a personalised checklist, so you know exactly where things stand and what we still need from you.
1 WEEK BEFORE We’ll have a final check-in call to confirm everything is perfect and address any last-minute changes. You can rest easy knowing we’re only a call or message away if you have questions — or simply need a little reassurance.
4 WEEKS BEFORE We’ll meet in person (ideally alongside a venue or site visit) to review your wedding-day timeline and walk through the flow of events. This is where we ensure every detail aligns beautifully with your vision.
YOUR WEDDING DAY We’ll be onsite at least three hours before your ceremony to oversee setup and manage supplier logistics. From coordinating the timeline to supporting you and your guests, we’ll handle the flow of the day so you can relax and enjoy your celebration, completely stress-free.
