The Planning Experience
Planning Consultation
We start with a Planning Consultation to set the foundation for your wedding. First, we focus on your three non-negotiables — the elements that matter most — and build everything around them.
In this session, we’ll cover the vision for your day, outline an initial budget, introduce your personalised planning portal, and clarify expectations so the process feels organised, manageable, and tailored to you.
Event Concept Brief
Next, we create your Event Concept Brief — a comprehensive collection of all your initial ideas from our consultation. This brief guides venue and vendor selection and ensures everyone is aligned on the overall vision for your day.
It also includes initial design concepts to help shape the process and secure key suppliers. Full design work begins closer to your wedding, typically 10–12 months before the date. This brief is completely flexible and evolves with your vision, adapting as your ideas grow and develop.
Planning Portal
Throughout the planning process, you’ll have access to a personalised online portal that centralises all your wedding details. From timelines and budgets to supplier information, everything is organised in one convenient place.
The portal also highlights tasks that require your input, keeping the planning process clear, structured, and stress-free. It’s also where all your event concepts and design inspiration will live, ensuring every detail and idea is easily accessible in one place
Budget Management
We support you in establishing and managing your overall wedding budget, offering guidance on supplier allocations and tracking both estimated and confirmed costs where needed.
Everything is carefully monitored and kept fully up to date within your planning portal, giving you complete visibility at every stage.
Venue Research &Sourcing
Once your concept and initial budget have been agreed, we begin sourcing your venue — the key foundation for your day.
Based on your brief, we present a carefully curated selection of options, liaise directly with venues on your behalf, and attend site visits to ensure each space aligns with your vision
Supplier Sourcing &
Management
We source trusted suppliers who align with your vision, presenting a carefully considered selection of professionals who will not only deliver your day beautifully, but also feel like the right fit for you as a couple.
Throughout the process, we manage all supplier communication and review contracts on your behalf, ensuring everything runs smoothly and with complete clarity
Guest Logistics
We assist with tracking RSVPs and website support, taking the stress out of one of the most time-consuming parts of planning.
We also advise on floorplans, seating arrangements, and guest logistics — from arrival to departure — ensuring your guests have a smooth and seamless experience.
Timeline Creation
We create a clear timeline for your wedding day, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. All suppliers receive the timeline in advance, so everyone is on the same page.
With a well-planned schedule in place, you can relax and enjoy every moment, knowing nothing will be missed
Wedding Day Management
We’ll be onsite at least three hours before your ceremony to oversee setup and manage supplier logistics. As the main point of contact for all suppliers, we handle everything behind the scenes, staying discreet while keeping the day running seamlessly.
From handing you a glass of champers to supporting you and your guests throughout, we’re there every step of the way — and remain onsite until the very end of your celebration to ensure everything flows perfectly.
Ongoing Support & Communication
Clear and transparent communication is incredibly important to us at CC The Wedding Planner. Being part of a couple’s wedding journey is a true privilege, and we genuinely value building meaningful relationships with our couples throughout the planning process — while making sure we enjoy every step along the way.
We’ll stay in touch regularly throughout the process via email and through the planning portal, where we can share updates and comment on key details together. We’ll also schedule regular check-ins, either via Teams or in person, to ensure everything is progressing smoothly and you always feel supported and informed
